TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

By engaging WebCraft.ae for web development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the client) and WebCraft.ae, based in Dubai, UAE.

2. Services

WebCraft.ae provides the following services:

• Custom website design and development
• UI/UX design
• Website speed optimization
• Website security setup
• Ongoing website maintenance and support

3. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is as follows:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payments accepted via bank transfer or agreed methods
• Late payments may result in project delays

4. Project Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope and client responsiveness. Delays caused by late feedback from the client may extend the timeline.

5. Revisions

Each package includes revision rounds:

• All packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions billed at AED 150/hour
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing all required content in a timely manner
• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring they have rights to all content provided

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website. WebCraft.ae retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Refund Policy

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. We are committed to delivering quality work and will work with clients to resolve any issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
